  • 1. What is Gifts & Flowers? How do I order gifts for a lady?

    RussiawomenDate.com has an exclusive Gifts and Flowers Delivery Service carried out directly by agencies with which we cooperate. Using this service, you can send special flowers and gifts, like teddy bears, wine, or chocolate to your lady, along with an unexpected but pleasant surprise to her!

  • 2. I want to choose the delivery date. How do I do this?

    Gifts and flowers are usually delivered within 2 to 5 days from the order date. The lady is first notified of your gift and a delivery time is agreed. If this date conflicts with your intended date, we will notify you immediately.

    If you would like your gift or flowers to be delivered on a particular date, please specify this with the date in the "Additional Instructions" section when placing your order. In case there are any amendments to the delivery date after your order is placed, please contact us.

  • 3. I made a mistake with my order! What should I do?

    Duplicate orders are usually spotted immediately and you would be notified of this promptly. If you sent an item to the wrong lady, wish to amend your order e.g. the number of flowers you wish to send, or have any other issues with it, please contact us as soon as possible. We should be able to amend your order if it has not yet been dispatched. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for more details.

  • 4. How do I know that my gift or flowers have been delivered and received?

    You can Click here to check the order status to find out whether your gift or flowers have been delivered and received. However, since this status is changed and updated manually, you are also advised to confirm with the lady by EMF mail, Live Chat or Love Call whether she has received them.

    If, for any reason, we cannot contact the lady regarding a delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible and the related order will be refunded or converted into credits to your account.

  • 5. If there's no "Send Gift" button on a lady's profile, can I still send her a gift?

    If a lady does not have a "Send Gift" button on her profile, it may be because she lives in a remote area and no gift delivery service can reach that area, her agency does not provide a gift delivery service, or because she does not wish to receive gifts. In this case, you cannot send her gifts through our Gifts and Flowers Delivery Service.

  • 6. Can I send gifts to multiple ladies at once?

    No. You can only send gifts to one lady at a time. If you have not checked out for one order and click on "Send Gift" on another lady's profile, all the items from the previous order will be moved to the cart for the new lady.
